Types of Positions Available

We have five types of positions available at The L5 Development Group:

Volunteer/Equity - unpaid individuals working for a cause they believe in, for personal satisfaction. We may offer stock warrants to persons holding these positions as added incentives and/or rewards for outstanding work. ( Volunteers will be the first to be offered paid employment when relevant positions become available. )
Class Credit - unpaid students working for class credit, in association with an educational institution
Intern - individuals receiving reduced pay to gain work experience and/or class credit in association with an educational institution
Contractor - individuals or organizations working on specific projects for the company
Employee - persons on the payroll of The L5 Development Group

Each of the positions we have available will be marked as being in one or more of the categories listed above. Your employment application will require a selection of the appropriate position type for your background and interests if more than one is offered.

Anticipated Job Openings

As the FKE Space Program is implemented, we will have a complete range of jobs available, from accounting through zoology. In addition to mundane positions such as machinists and computer programmers, we will be hiring to fill jobs ranging from satellite repair technician (on-orbit) to extraterrestrial mining engineers and space doctors.
